CIESSE Transport has been providing refrigerated and non-refrigerated transport services across Europe for over 30 years, primarily between:
- Germany, where we stop at major flower markets, as well as for deliveries to our wholesale clients, passing through Frankfurt, Cologne, Dortmund, Bremen, Hamburg, and Berlin;
- The Netherlands, where we deliver goods to major flower markets, including Aalsmeer, Rijnsburg, and Naaldwijk;
- The United Kingdom, where we deliver part of our goods to the New Covent Garden flower market before continuing direct deliveries to our wholesale clients in London, then traveling up to Leeds and back down through Liverpool to Southampton.
Our fleet currently consists of Scania vehicles with refrigeration units, specifically five trucks and two articulated lorries, all of the latest generation with a capacity of 24 tons. Additionally, we operate with a 2.5-ton truck and two 1-ton vans.
Our services range from specialized transport of cut flowers and potted plants to transporting fruits, vegetables, and various goods, excluding frozen goods. Each vehicle is equipped with a hydraulic lift for loading and unloading goods, both on pallets and with trolleys in the case of plants and flowers.
Our vehicles travel with two drivers to ensure fast and efficient service while strictly adhering to road regulations concerning drivers’ rest and working hours. In addition to maintaining a fleet that meets the latest environmental standards, as they are Euro 6 vehicles, we are committed to sustainability by using BIO Diesel and optimizing our routes to reduce fuel consumption and CO2 emissions.
By 2025, our vehicles will be equipped with the necessary safety devices to access major urban centers in Europe where required.
